The organist and conductor Christian Bischof, who comes from Bamberg, has been in charge of church music at the City Parish Church of St. Margaret Munich since 2013. In 2020, he was appointed deputy diocesan music director and, in this capacity, heads the training of young church musicians in the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising as well as the "Munich Cantor School". In addition to his activities as president of the Diözesan-Cäcilienverband München-Freising and certified organ expert, the versatile musician is in demand internationally as a concert organist.
